I am a Hebrew scholar and I am involved with broadly defined Jewish topics. I currently work as a lecturer at the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań, I conduct classes in contemporary Hebrew literature and practical study of the contemporary Hebrew language. I studied at the University of Haifa and the Tel Aviv University (TAU), and worked at the Polish Embassy in Tel Aviv. In research projects, I have so far studied theory and practice of contemporary translations and also Karaim legends written in the early 20th century. Currently, I am exploring Hasidic customs and literature on the basis of works from the beginning of the 19th century.
Professionally I translate from Hebrew to Polish and vice versa, I know English at a near native level, I use Spanish on occasions. My greatest passion is teaching Hebrew, also in private lessons (remotely or in person in Poznań). I offer courses at every level, including advanced conversations.
Due to my profession, I am also close to topics related to the cleaning, conservation and cataloging of Jewish cemeteries. In my spare time, I research the history of the city of Tel Aviv.
